Using Flow Reporting

Flow Reports give you access to view each Flow sent from the account. Drill into Flow details by opening a Flow and viewing more information about what was included in the Flow, statuses, and delivery information.

Description

Here you can search transactions using various sets of criteria. Totals are provided at the bottom of the screen for convenience. The date shown in the results is always the last status change date.

Finding a Flow in Reporting

Navigate to Reporting > Flow Reports > All Flows (or another quick filter option offered like Failed Flows). In the Search Options page, select and enter data according to your search need and the data you have. Click Search, then the relevant Flows will be listed. When you've found the Flow you are searching for click the document icon to view the Flow Details page.

Flow Status Definitions
