Flow Reporting

Find and filter Flow request records. Search Flows by status, recipient, date, and more. View totals and download CSV results.

How to Search Flows

  1. Go Reporting > Flow Reports > All Flows (or Completed, Pending, Open, Expired, Failed, Bulk Flows)

  2. Set filters → click Submit to search

  3. Click document icon to view Flow details

Key Filters

Filter Options
Templates/Portals All templates + "No Assigned Template" (API/schedules) + "Deleted Templates"
Date Range Predefined Range (e.g., Month to date), or Start Date and End Date
Recipient  First Name, Last Name, Account Number
Status Waiting, Pending, Open, Expired, Failed, Closed, Completed
Other Filters Flow ID, Employee, Origin
 

Flow Status Guide

Status What it means Search uses this date
ALL Every Flow sent Send date
WAITING Created, not sent (sequential Flows) Send date for first recipient
PENDING Sent to the recipient Send date
OPEN PIN entered + viewed Send date
COMPLETED Successfully finished Completion date
CLOSED Closed manually by an employee Close date
FAILED Denied by the recipient Close date
EXPIRED Timeout reached Expiration date
 

Check Message Delivery

In the Flow details, the Delivery section shows SMS/Email status. Click More Details for more details about the email and/or SMS sent to the recipient report. Learn more
