Updating My User Profile and Password

Updating My Password, Security Questions, and General Settings

When you're logged into your profile, you will see a greeting and your name in the upper right-hand side of the page. If you click on that greeting, a dropdown will appear and you will see a My Profile option. Clicking on this link will open the My Profile page and give you access to view and update your personal general settings, security questions, and password. 

 

General Settings

Under this section, you can change your time zone so most timestamps within the app will appear in your preferred time zone.

 

Change Security

You can choose new security questions and update answers to your security questions in this section. You will be required to enter your password to put the changes into effect. 

 

Change Password

This is where you can change your current password. You will be required to enter your current password before your new password goes into effect. 

You will also see two dates designating the last time you changed your password and the date when your password will expire.

 

Recent Sign-in History

Under this section, you can view your login history.
