The delivery status of an SMS Message lets you see if the SMS was accepted, delivered, undelivered, failed, or still in a sent status.
How to View a Flow's SMS Status
While you are viewing a Flow's details, the SMS delivery status is visible under the mobile number that the SMS was sent to.
Access the Flow details report by navigating to the Reporting tab in the primary navigation. Click Flow Reports, then click All Flows.
On the Search Options page, enter the relevant search criteria for the Flow you're looking for. Click Search. On the list page, locate the Flow you're looking for and click the Flow Details icon (sheet of paper).
The Flow Details page will open and, if the Flow was sent via SMS, a Mobile Number will include the recipient's number and the status of the SMS.
