Understanding PDCflow Text Messages

If you receive a text message from (385) 279-5339, it's likely because someone has sent you a request through PDCflow, a digital communication and payment platform. This message might ask you to review a document, sign a contract, or make a payment.

How It Works

  1. Initial Consent Request: Before receiving any messages, you should have been asked if it's okay to receive texts through PDCflow. If you haven't given consent, you won't receive any messages.

  2. Confirming Consent: If you do receive a message, it will ask you to confirm that you want to receive messages. Simply text back "YES" to proceed.

  3. Receiving the Request: After confirming, you'll receive a link to complete the requested action, such as reviewing a document or making a payment.

  4. Opting Out: If you no longer wish to receive texts, text "STOP" to our number. We'll confirm your opt-out and stop sending messages.

  5. Re-subscribing: If you change your mind and want to start receiving texts again, text "START" to our number.

  6. Need Help? If you have questions about how to use our service, text "HELP" for more information.
