How to Set Up New User Profiles

Only an administrative-level user can add and modify user permissions. If you'd like to add a user profile, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Sign in to your PDCflow app

Step 2: Navigate to Configure > App Users > User Profiles.

Step 3: Click the +New User and add new user's email.

Step 4: Continue completing the User Profile window.

Step 5: Click Save User.

After you click the Save User button, an email will be sent to that user's email address with access to their user profile. If you need additional help after receiving the Welcome Email, you can review our How to Log In article.
