Verification messages appear on the Verification PIN page of a Flow request. A verification appears above the PIN fields. Utilize these custom fields to display helpful information like a description of the purpose of the Flow to help make it very clear to recipients what the purpose of the Flow request is so they feel comfortable and confident in opening and completing the Flow request for your organization.
Adding a Verification Message for Flow Templates
Navigate to Configure > Flow Components > Verification. Click the + New Verification Header Message button. Type in the message that should be displayed on the Flow's PIN Verification page when a recipient first clicks and loads the unique URL for the Flow request.
When you're done, click the Save Footer Message button.
