A Flow's PIN is a shared secret that both you and your Flow recipient will know. The purpose of a PIN it to ensure only the intended recipient can open a Flow to access, view, and complete a Flow request.
Set a PIN that will be used on a flow that is sent to your customer. You can describe what the PIN is so your customer knows what to enter, as well as specify how may digits a PIN should be.
Adding a PIN for Flow Templates
Navigate to Configure > Flow Components > PIN. Click the + New PIN Description button. Type in the description of what the requested PIN will be. Select the PIN length (must be 4–8 numbers long).
