How to Add Signature Descriptions for Flow Templates

When your organization needs to gather signature authorizations from customers, use a Description to make it very clear to your Flow recipients what you are asking them to authorize by entering their digital signature. 

 

Adding a Description for Flow Templates

Navigate to Configure > Flow Components > Description. Click the + New Signature Description button. Type in the description that should be displayed on the page when a Flow recipient is asked to enter their digital signature. 

When you're done, click the Save Description Message button.
