How to Add Confirmation Messages for Flow Templates
Adding a confirmation message to your Flow template helps recipients know what to expect after completing a Flow request. When a Flow is completed, a confirmation page appears. Customize this page with your own message to thank the recipient or explain next steps.
Default Confirmation Message

By default, your app displays the message “This request has been completed.” when a recipient completes a Flow request.
If you’d like to customize this message or create additional options, you can do so by following the steps to configure new confirmation messages. Once saved, your new message will appear as an available option for use in Flow templates and requests.

Adding a Confirmation Message

Go to Configure > Flow Components > Confirmation Messages.

Click + New Confirmation Message.

Type the message you want displayed after a recipient completes a Flow, then click Save Message.

Here are a few example messages:

For a signature request: “Thank you for your authorization.”

For a payment request: “Thank you for your payment.”
After a Confirmation Message is saved, it will be available for Flow templates.
