ACH Deposit Timeline

Understand when Card and ACH payments hit your bank account.

Credit Card Deposits

  • Real-time approval/decline: Within 2 seconds

  • Funds deposited: Within 48 hours​

 

ACH Deposits

  1. Processed in PDCflow: Submitted in real-time to your ACH processor

  2. Daily Cutoff: ACH processors start compiling bank files at 4 PM (Payliance) or 7 PM MST. No voids allowed after cutoff begins.

  3. Returns (example: Insufficient Funds): Usually within 48 hours (sometimes longer)

  4. Funding: 4 business days if no return

Example: Process Monday → Funds arrive next Monday (7 calendar days)
Holidays: Delays funding by 1 day (ACH network closed).
