Credit Card transactions will deposit into your bank account within 48 hours. They are real-time transactions, so when you process a credit card, you will get an approval or decline usually within a couple of seconds.
ACH transactions are not real-time, once you process these in PDC, we batch these out at 7 PM MST and send them over to our ACH vendor, who then sends them out into the ACH network. Generally, if they are going to return for any reason, such as Insufficient Funds, you will receive the Return within 48 hours, but this is not always the case, occasionally an ACH will return after a 48 hours period.
If they do not return, you can expect to receive funding in 4 business days, so with weekends, it is 7 actual days. If you process an ACH on Monday, then you can expect the funds to deposit to your bank account the following Monday. If there is a federal holiday, the ACH networks are closed, and this will delay funding by one day.
