This screen will demonstrate how to credit or void a transaction.
- Under ‘REPORTING’, select ‘FINANCIAL REPORTS’ then ‘ALL APPROVED’.
- From this screen, you will need to edit the start and end date as necessary, and enter all other relevant details to assist in your search.
- Click ‘SEARCH’
- Under ‘ACTIONS’, select the ‘PAYMENT DETAILS’ icon (PAPER ICON)
- If the transaction needs to be canceled before the batch closes for the day, select the ‘STOP’ icon to void the transaction.
- After the batch has closed out for that day, you can no longer void a transaction. Instead, you will need to issue a credit by clicking ‘ISSUE CREDIT’ at the bottom of the screen.
