If someone is locked out of their account (due to too many bad attempts) or has forgotten their password another user with administrative-level access can reset that user’s password and unlock their account.
Resetting a User's Password
Navigate to Account > Users and locate the applicable user on the User Management list page. Click the Edit button (a pencil icon) for that user. On the Edit User Account page, click the Reset Password link. Confirm the password reset on the confirmation page.
After you click the confirmation button the account will be unlocked (if it was locked) and an email will be sent to that user's email address with the URL to your PDCflow account and a temporary password. When the user logs into their account they'll be prompted to update their password.
