If you have our ACH service, you can also enable a setting to require a bank account number to be entered twice. This can assist in reducing the number of returns. Employee refers to screens such as the Dashboard that your employees will use. In particular, that would be the payments taken by your employees, not payments sent to your user. Portal settings refers to screens such as a portal screen or a flow where your customer signs a document.
Account number customization allows you to define what your account/reference number should look like. You can provide a placeholder, help message, and help image to assist the user in entering the correct value. By setting the length and type, the PDC system will validate to ensure the value entered is what you are expecting.
