Here you can search transactions using various sets of criteria. Totals are provided at the bottom of the screen for convenience. The date shown in the results is always the last status change date.
FLOW Status Definitions:
ALL - When searching, it will use the date the flow was sent.
PENDING - The request has been sent. When searching, it will use the date the flow was sent.
OPEN - Valid PIN has been entered on request, but request not yet completed.
COMPLETED - The request has been successfully completed. When searching, it will use the date the flow was completed.
FAILED - The request has failed. This can be due to the document being denied, the request being manually closed, etc. When searching, it will use the date the flow was manually closed.
EXPIRED - The request has exceeded the timeout and cannot be completed. When searching, it will use the date the flow was automatically closed.
Dashboard > Reporting > Flow Reports > Then select a Flow category according to your search > Enter a date range or more specific search perimeters> Once you find the Flow you are searching for, click the document icon under actions to view more.
This report will list all phone numbers that have opted-out of further text messages; any subsequent attempts will automatically be blocked. If a Location Name is listed, the opt-out only applies to that location, otherwise the opt-out is company-wide. If your customer would like to opt-in again, instruct them to text START to the corresponding Company Number in this report.
