Custom messages can be created for FLOW emails.
Configuring Email Messages
Customize the email body and email footer that will be sent to your customer when a FLOW is delivered by email by navigating to DASHBOARD > CONFIGURE > FLOW COMPONENTS > EMAIL & SMS. Then click on the New Email & SMS button.
Within this page you can edit the default email message. By adding variables, you can personalize the message with information from your customer's account. For example, you can add the First Name variable which will automatically insert the recipient’s First Name into the message.
When you are finished making updates, click the save button (floppy disc icon).
Editing Email Messages
To edit an existing message click the edit (pencil) icon for the message you’d like to edit.
Within this page you can edit the existing message. When you’ve completed making the necessary edits to the message click the save button (floppy disc icon) at the bottom of the page.
