Create an overlay on a document. This allows you to place things like a signature or checkbox on a document of your choosing. This can then be sent to your customer.
SOLUTION OVERVIEW -
By selecting CONFIGURE > DASHBOARD > OVERLAY you can create an overlay on a document. This allows you to place items like a signature or checkbox on a document of your choosing. This can then be sent to your customer.
Edit existing Overlays by clicking the pencil icon under ACTIONS or add an Overlay by clicking +Add new overlay. You can also use the Refresh icon to refresh the list and click the Export as... icon to download a list of your custom overlays in your desired format.
After uploading a PDF document, you will be able to select the field boxes that will need your customers attention when executing a document. Once you have selected the field boxes, you can place them on your uploaded document by clicking the desired location.
Selecting a signature option (the big signature option will allow the customer to physically sign larger signature fields on the document) will open a pad for the customer to physically sign the document using their finger if accessed from a mobile device, or mouse if accessing from a desktop. The date box will open a calendar for the customer to select the date of authorization. The check box will require your customer to select a check mark, as a part of the authorizing the document, when completing the flow. The user text option will allow your customers to enter text.
