Applies To
Users with administrative-, reporting-, or service-level access. When schedule service is active in a PDCflow account the users within that account may have access to creating, editing, and reporting on payment schedules.
Overview
The information below encompasses all of the schedule functionality PDCflow offers and may not apply to all accounts since some accounts may not have schedule functionality active. Also, based on account permissions, not all users may have access to all or some schedule functionality. If you think you ought to have access but don't, please contact your administrator.
Who can access schedule functionality?
PDCflow's system has four Security Group role categories that determine a user's access to schedule features. They are:
-
Administration - Schedule Configuration
-
Reporting - View Schedules
-
Services - Card Schedules
-
Services - Check Schedules
When a user is assigned to a Security Group with specific roles selected, then that user will have permission to access the associated functionality for those roles. Alternatively, when a user is assigned a Security Group which doesn't have permission to access the associated functionality for roles, they will, of course, not have the ability to view or access the associated pages. Users who should have access to set up, edit, and/or and schedules in Reporing will need to be assigned to a Security Group that has the appropriate Security Group roles assigned. For example, Administrators often need to be assigned to a Security Group with permission to access all roles in a PDCflow account.
