Solution Overview:
Please note the information below encompasses all of the services PDCflow offers and may not apply. In addition, some users may not have access to schedule features based on their permission set. If you should have access but do not, please contact your administrator.
Who can access the SCHEDULES tab?
PDCflow's system has four permissions that determine a users access to schedule features:

Administration - Schedule Configuration

Reporting - View Schedules
-
Services - Card Schedules
-
Services - Check Schedules
If a specific permission is turned on, the user can access that schedule feature and if it is turned off they will not have access. Users that need access to setup and view schedules have the reporting and service permissions turned on, while administrative users needing access to schedule configuration have all turned on.
