WHAT IS THE URL TO ACCESS PDCFLOW?
HOW DO I LOG IN TO PDCFLOW?
When your system administrator creates your user account, you will receive an email containing your username and password. The username is typically your email address and the password is a temporary password that has been randomly generated.
The next step is to go to the URL above. You will be prompted to enter your username and temporary password. Upon clicking sign in, you will be brought to a page asking you to enter a new password. The new password must meet the following requirements:
- Between 8 and 72 characters
- Contain one number
- Contain one lowercase letter
- Contain one capital letter
- Contain one special character
- Cannot contain your username
- Cannot contain common words such as "password"
The password you enter will be the password you use from this point forward each time you access the site. Please remember to keep it confidential.
Before proceeding to the next page, you will need to choose three security questions and provide answers for each of them. These questions will be used in the event that you need to reset your password, so please make sure they are memorable.
Once these steps have been completed, you will be signed into the site.
DOES MY PASSWORD EXPIRE?
Yes. The PDCflow system will expire your password every 90 days. Once the 90-day limit has been reached, you will be prompted to create a new password the next time you log in.
