HOW DO I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
In the upper right-hand corner, you will see a greeting and your name. If you click on that greeting, a dropdown will appear and you will see a “my account” option. Clicking here will take you to your account.
WHAT SETTINGS CAN I CHANGE IN MY ACCOUNT?
General Settings
Under this section, you can change your time zone so most timestamps within the app will appear in your preferred timezone.
Change Security
You can choose new security questions and update answers to your security questions in this section. You will be required to enter your password to put the changes into effect.
Change Password
This is where you can change your current password. You will be required to enter your current password before your new password goes into effect.
You will also see two dates designating the last time you changed your password and the date when your password will expire.
Recent Sign-in History
Under this section, you can view your log in history.
