If you receive a Voice Authentication error, please follow these steps to retrieve funds.
1. If your Merchant Service Provider is Newtek, please call the following number, 800-228-1122. If you have a different MSP, please call the Customer Service # of your MSP. This number can usually be found at the bottom of your statement. If you cannot find the number, give us a call and we can look up the number for you.
2. Once you have the number, you will want to have your Merchant ID # and payment information ready when you call in.
3. If you receive a Post Authorization #, please call our support line and we can put in the payment information for you.
