From the Main Menu of your PDC Log in, click on the Process Transaction Link under the PDC Credit Card Services column.
From the next screen, you will have choices on Payment Type and Payment Method, depending on your PDC account set. If this is to be a single transaction, choose One time payment. Complete any of the fields marked with a red asterisk, since those are required fields. Once completed, click Confirm Payment.
If all the information is valid, it will process past the Validation Stage, and open to a Summary Page. Here you verify that the amount and Account number are correct, click the Back button to go back and make any necessary changes, or Click Process Payment to send the payment over for approval.
If Approved, you will get a message stating the payment has been approved along with an authorization # or a Decline Message. If approved, you will have the option to Email or Print a Receipt and Links to make another Payment with the same information or with New information will display.
