Under the "Services" section select "PDC Flow Service."
From the PDC Flow Service main page you have the option(s) to select: Document, Signature, or selecting both options. By selecting what option you want, eg. Signature, you must fill out all information that is required as indicated by the red asterisks on the page being filled out. You must include a phone number, email address, or both phone number and email address so the customer can sign the Signature request. The following images show what image you should see when requesting each of the types discussed previously in this paragraph.
After all information has been filled out appropriately, select "Send Flow Request." The customer has the amount of days entered in the Signature Configuration to respond to the request before it errors out and a new request must be submitted.
