When you need to refund or send money back to a consumer via an ACH transaction, follow these steps:
- From the Main Menu of your PDC Log in, click on the link Process ECheck Credit Transaction, found in the PDC Services column.
- From the next page, you will need to complete all the information for the consumer that you are issuing a credit and click Submit an ECheck Credit.
- A Summary Page will pop up and you can confirm the information is correct and then click Process ECheck Credit.
- The transaction will display in your ACH reporting as RED to indicate it is a credit.
