The new scanner is used from within the PDC Portal. Please see the following steps on how to use the new scanner:
1. Plug the new scanner into your workstation and login to the PDC Portal.
2. From the Main Menu of your portal, you will find a Swipe Card option under PDC Credit Card Services.
3. Select Swipe Card to process the card.
*Please note that you can also toggle to Swipe Card from the Process Transaction option as well.
4. After the card has been swiped, the encrypted credit card number and name on card will populate on the payment input screen. From here, you can complete the remaining desired payment information and select Confirm Payment.
