Upgraded Dashboard Experience: Easier Flows, Payments, and Templates

Your PDCflow Dashboard has been upgraded to make sending Flow requests, accepting payments, and managing templates faster and more intuitive. These updates are designed to streamline the processes your team uses on a daily basis.

What’s New

A Simplified, Step-by-Step Flow Experience

The Flow creation process now follows the same order your recipients see — making it easier to preview how each request will appear before it’s sent.

  1. Add Recipients: Start by adding customer or vendor contacts.

  2. Adjust Settings: Configure message options, due dates, and other Flow request details.

  3. Preview & Send: Review how the request will look to recipients, make final edits, and click Send Flow.

Easier For All Users

While only Administrators can set up or edit templates, any user with permission to send Flow requests or accept payments can now access the reorganized fields in the Dashboard.

Smarter Template Management

Your template configuration tools now feature a simplified layout, modeled after the updates previewed in our previous Template update release. These improvements let Administrators configure and manage templates with fewer clicks and a clearer interface.
