Your PDCflow Dashboard
The Dashboard is the homepage for your PDCflow account. When you log in, it will already have a template or templates to work with. Templates can be Flow, Card, Cash, or Check templates that you use to create payments or send Flows. App users with the "Administration - Manage service configuration" role can add and edit templates.
Flow Templates
A Flow is an electronic communication tool designed to streamline interactions with your customers according to the business parameters established by your system administrator. Within a Flow, you can request signatures on documents, photos of documents or identification cards, and payments. Some Flows may only utilize one of these functions, while others may use a combination.
Card, Check, and Cash Templates
Payments can be created on the Dashboard. Our system supports credit card and ACH (check) payment methods, and also supports cash payment recording.
A payment method won't show up in an account if the payment service isn't active for the account. If you need more payment methods available in your account, your system administrator should reach out to our Customer Success team by emailing support@pdcflow.com to request additional services.
