Configure Tab Overview
Users with administrative roles will see the Configure tab in the PDCflow top navigation. This tab lets you view and edit all configuration settings for your account.
Available Configuration Options
Your dropdown menu shows options based on your active services. When all services are enabled, you'll see:

- Departments

- Flow Components

Note: Not all services may be active in your account. If you think you should see additional options, contact your administrator.

Accessing the Configure Tab
Users need specific administrative-level Security Group roles to access the Configure tab. These roles control system-wide configuration permissions.
- Administration - Access API Integration Credentials and Keys
- Administration - Configure Departments
- Administration - Configure Email Message Flow Components
- Administration - Configure Flow Request Templates
- Administration - Configure Hierarchy
- Administration - Configure Portals and Accounts/Account Numbers
- Administration - Configure Schedules
- Administration - Configure Security Groups, Security Roles, and App Billing
