Configure App Settings

The App Settings page in your PDCflow account offers access to Global Settings and Account Number settings for your account. 

 

Location Visibility: Locations are the foundation of organizational hierarchy functionality. Organizational hierarchy is an optional level of permission configurations designed to support complex organizational requirements. If your PDCflow account will use hierarchy, you will also need to select SHOW or REQUIRED for location visibility. If hierarchy is not needed for your PDCflow account, leave the Location Visibility OFF.

 

Employee Confirm Bank Account Number and Portal Confirm Bank Account Number: If your PDCflow account has Check Service active, you can also designate if employees and payers, respectively must enter a bank account number twice. This can be a useful method of reducing the number of returns for ACH payments. Employee refers to screens such as the Dashboard that your employees will use. In particular, that would be the payments taken by your employees, not payments sent to your user. Portal refers to screens such as a portal screen or a flow where your customer signs a document.

 

Enable Email Opt-out: Flow emails can include an opt-out instructions and a corresponding link. To enable this functionality, turn the setting On. The feature is turned off by default.

 

Account Number Settings: These configuration options enable you to define the format of allowed Account Numbers for your PDCflow account. You have the option to define a placeholder text for the Account Numbe field, a help message, and a help image to help users enter account number values correctly. For example, if you configure a length for your account numbers, the system will validate the account numbers entered and validate that the entered values are acceptable or the user will be required to fix the account number.
