ACH funding generally has a four business day hold (that is seven actual days if a weekend is included in the timeline). If there is a banking holiday, such as Veteran's Day, then funding would be delayed an additional day.
ACH transactions are not processed in real-time, like credit cards are, the funds are held for a hold period to ensure the transaction does not Return for any reason.
